Baby has not done pee since last 12 hrs

My son 2 year old has not done pee since last night 11:30 pm.he is active with normal tummy and is drinking water and milk and having food.he did his last poop on Friday. What should I do. Is it a concern to worry.

Plenty of fluids and if constipation is a regular problem then get him evaluated to rule out any organic causes. Most likely he has functional constipation. A pediatrician an help u out with medications like PEG if needed.

Constipation is an issue. Encourage more liquids. Avoid dairy, bakery products and nonveg food. If not passed urine for 24 hours, then needs to be tested for urine test.
