My 1 yr 4 months old baby got cold, because of cold she is vomitng, so i gave her sinarest drops. Please suggest me ...

Continue sinarest drops. Vomiting can be due to throat irritation or with cough. If cough is there treat cough so that vomiting gets controlled. Give more liquid diet till throat irritation comes down.
