Hi my kid is 2 years having cold and cough from 10 days we did 5 days course of augmentin duo and he was bit better but after 2 days again he started coughing and having fever around 99.8 during night. Currently doctor has given cheston and allegra syrups also 2 days of nebulisation. Should we go for chest xray? Can it be pneumonia?

Consult to Pediatrician physically for further evaluation and treatment

Less likely pneumonia if activity between 2 fever was okay and playful. It could be viral. No chest xray for 99.8F fever
