My 6 month daughter fallen from the bed her head was downwards, height of the bed is Aprox 2ft, what should I do? Any precautions

Watch for abnormal movements, abnormal eye movements. Vomiting after a head injury is a Red Flag, and needs immediate hospitalization.
Next Steps
if the child is not showing any symptoms, I would suggest to wait and watch.
