My 3 month old has a stuffy nose, sometimes with a little blood in the mucus. He also has a bad cough. His mood is normal, and no fevers. He has never been sick before. This will be day 3 of the symptoms.. Is it safe to assume its just a common cold and I can treat him at home? Or is this something I should see a doctor for?
