Baby Breathing very fast

My 1 year 3 months old baby breathing very fast feeling restlessness. He is coughing also. Due to congestion he is crying. This problem is since yesterday and this time increased much. I am worried Please advise.

It can be pneumonia. Go to doctor for evaluation and treatment

Sudden and unexpected breathlessness or difficulty breathing could mean something might be blocking his airway and... It can also be common cold/Bronchiolitis/pneumonia.. Take him to a pediatric doctor as soon as possible ma.
