Attached image. My baby boy who is 40 days old has a swelling on left arm as in attached image. Is this swelling due to bcg vaccination that was administered on day of his birth. Please guide what it is and what to do.

BCG site swelling. Nothing to be done. It will burst on its own and leave a small scar. That's normal reaction.
