5 month baby n body temperature is 99.4 . Is it normal ? What temperature above is considered to be fever???

Above 99 is consider as fever only ... if u covered the baby with blanket or wrapper remove the wrapper and blanket and recheck the temperature after 20-30 minutes if still above 99 Then give fever syrup
