Baby applying too much pressure

My baby is 4.5 months old. Firstly she refuses to feed and cries a lot. Even if she tries taking feed either breastfeed or formula, she starts applying too much pressure to pass stool or gas during feed time. So it gets more dufficult to feed her. Then she gets cranky again due to hunger

Colic may be the issue. Bottle feeding increases the colic and pain.
