B 12 injection should not be the cause of wheezing. Please consult a General Physician so that other causes can be excluded. Whatever problem you faced due to B 12 should be solved within 3-4 days.

Most likely those are not due to b12 injection bcz  side effect like wheezing and breathing trouble are rare , kindly consult doctor nearby so he or she can tell clearly.
