My vitamin B12 is 122pg/ml. What supplement can i take to increase it to normal level. I have started taking neurobion forte once daily.

Consult Now
Take tablet Troyneuton SR once daily for 3 months. Take vitamin B12 injection twice a week for 3 months. If you are non vegetarian take liver on regular basis.

You can take tab. ME 12 OD one in morning. Continue this for 3 months and repeat Vitamin B 12 after 3 month
