Legs are paining every day. Unable to walk properly. B12 level is 164 according to reports it should be 200 to 900

U will need to take a B12 supplement once a day , daily for 6 months atleast.If u do  consume alcohol stop immediately as it decreases B12 absorption. Take milk n milk products,eggs or fish  on a daily basis for B12 from food .
