B12 deficiency and BP problem

Her B12 level is 80 pg/ML, she is taking a B12 tablet and experienced bitter mouth. She is pure vegetarian and  tell me can we give medicine as injections to her . If yes, please prescribe the medicine. Thanks

Her b12 is quite low & to prevent further complications she will require tablets and injections. Also, why does she have such low b12 ? It could be a sign of some underlying serious disease. Needs proper investigations & treatment. You will need prescription for the same, do play with her life by self medication
