My sperm count is nil and fructose is positive and ph level is 8 and volume is 1 ml. Is there any chance of cure. ?

You need physical examination by Doctor to see the testicular size. Also you need blood test for FSH. In very few cases, medicines can help to improve the sperm count. In other cases, we won't be able to improve the sperm count. But we can help you become father of your baby by using own sperm from the testicles. That procedure is called TESA-ICSI.
