Increase your milk,curd and chhachh intake. Take citrus fruits on regular basis. Go for walk and exercise early morning so that you get a little sun exposure also. You will not need any supplements at your age. Eat soaked dry fruits. Less salt. Les sugar. Less junk and stay happy.
