Plan ur diet
Take millets whole gree gram,wholewheat flour,plenty of vegetables and fruits.
Papaya,raisins,fig,walnuts,almonds are the best.
Take red rice,unpolished rice.daily .
Do yoga,walk for an hoir everyday.
Sleep well for 6 -7 hrs a day.
Eat less spice,min.oil,two tsf ghee.
Milk ,curds , butter milk 100/150 ml a day.
