Definitely, you can keep him in a cage for some times if he behaves aggressively. It is a kind of training. He will understand that if he behaves aggressively, then he will be kept in a cage that will make him behave normally. But you can't keep him in a cage itself it will make him lose trust, so make sure he is not kept in cage for so long. Moreover, you have neutered him, so hopefully, he will mellow down in a few weeks.
