Avoid masturbation

I have history of masturbation daily for almost 10 years. Last week I checked sperm analysis test and I have 190 millions sperm count. Motility also 65 % positive. Shall I avoid masturbation for 1 month or I have to masturbate once in week. Which is better and good for Sexual life.

its good report,no need  to stop mastubation. mastubation is normal n good for sexual life if done in ideal way, otherwise may cause problems in sexual performance
