I am 29 year old woman suffering from AVN grade III problem from last 3-4 months and very difficult to walk. I had taken opinions from some doctors every doctor said there is only one option I.e. Total Hip Replacement. So please suggest me the proper hospital and surgeon for me and I prefer for "ANTERIOR APPROACH" because I am working woman so I like to be recover as early as possible.

Hello, Unfortunately it is true AVN grade lll has only the hip replacement as the most successful outcome. There are various options available and i know quit a few good orthopaedic hip replacement surgeons....also it depends on your choice... As i can see you are from dombivali...so where you want the surgery to be in Thane,New Mumbai or Mumbai. What is your budget? Are you medically insured? I would want to know this as a surgery costing rs 2.5 lakh in south gujrat would cost close to 4.5 in mumbai and even more higher in big setup hospitals. So do let me know. Regards.
