I am suffering from type1 diabetes from last 13 years but my average sugar levels are very high at present i.e 10%. i am taking novomix 30-70 insulin twice a day, 20 units in morning and 17units at night. my sugar levels are now normal BFS but goes high after gyming PP. like in morning is its between 80-120, after workout its between 250-300, before dinner its between 200-250. please suggest.

Taking 30/70 type of insulin twice a day is not an ideal option for type 1 diabetics. Your insulin type needs to be changed and you should be taking an insulin shot before all three meals.. breakfast, lunch and dinner.
