Hello , I'm diagnosed hasimotos thyroidotis 7 years back with normal tsh ,t4 raised doctor says if elevated tsh level u need treatment otherwise no need ,till now tsh is normal. Recently alopecia areata in beard also heard it's auto immune disease .y this is occurring am I prone to autoimmune diseases ? Any precautions to be taken ? How to avoid any dangerous autoimmune diseases which attacks our own organ.
