Autistic or anemic
My 13 months old has been not responding to name and has eye contact but less otherwise he does everything playing with family, likes to go out, loves to eat, babbles, shows a gesture by romoving our hand from anything if he wants attention or to say pick him up. Since I have doubt he is been having autistic symptoms I shown him to pediatrics,. He says he is too small to diagnose now it seems he is anemic hence his growth and development is slower. Wait for three months more. Do I need to take second opinion?

Whether he s too engrossed in himself or he likes to play alone more or with other kids or family members
Whether he has too much stranger anxiety
Whether he doesn't have meaningful communication with parents or others.
