Aura migraine

I have been experiencing aura with migraine and eye related problems palinopsia (after images, trailing, floaters) got checked with eye specialist but he didn't find anything wrong. Please advise me future course of treatment.

Need to take prescription medication for which need to consult. Start regular exercises Relaxation therapy Eat more veggies in diet Thanks
