I Got recently removed my utrine polyp with d and c and histopathology report shows features favour the possibility of Atypical hyperplastic polyp Endometrium. Can I become pregnant with this? If yes through IUI or IVF? I hv no child yet, and trying to conceive through OI, follicular study
