Hello madam,     You need to see an orthopaedic surgeon ASAP. Significant changes are noted in your x-ray like loss of curvature and reduced disc space C4-5 and C5-6. You need to be further evaluated clinically and with an MRI. So please consult an orthopaedic surgeon soon. Don't expect help online for this problem please.
