I had afib 2 months ago. Had a cardioversion to get me back in sinus. Then was on blood thinners for 6 weeks and been off them for 2-3 weeks. I’m still actively on diltiazem since 2 months ago. Today I was working outside in the sun pulling weeds for 3 hours. Now my heart goes to 130 when doing something simple like walking to the bathroom on my pulseox

Need to do holter for 48 hrs. On dilzem tab. Only and see still AF coming or it is just sinus tachycardia and need to modify dilzem dose
