Hi there young man... You appear to hail from namma Bengaluru and if so, perhaps an in-person consultation will be in order to best address your problems. Albeit Atopic Dermatitis has been stated as a diagnosis (somewhere on your description of symptoms), they appear to be more in the nature of what we call Seborrheic Dermatitis. There can be an overlap of sorts. Going by the medications listed, you do appear to also have a lipid disorder issue and are /were on steroids and immunosuppressant drugs...plus at 81 kgs, are overweight for a5.5' frame. All these need to be factored in to structure a clear action plan for you.
Next Steps
An INSTANT ONLINE Consultation is probably in your best interests to help us structure a good management plan tailored for you.
Health Tips
Avoid home remedies and OTC products An Endocrinologist opinion is probably in order together with a dietitian to help with control of weight issues and other co-  morbidities. Moisturize Moisturize Moisturize..... will take a look at some clear pics and suggest while on a call.
