My son ate my wife's thyroid medicine by mistake , what should be done ..... he ate 2 tablets , what to do pls help

For next 6 hrs , Check if he is having any symptoms like diarrhoea/flushing/increased heart rate ! Though thyroid tablets do not cause much difficulty in low doses , so relax !!
Next Steps
If anything seems abnormal , please see nearby pediatrician ! Thanx

How much dose is the tablet ? Check for any increase in heart rate fever vomiting diarrhoea flushings. If any take to the hospital If nothing can wait and watch
