Hi, it's the quantity that matters. As such papaya is a wonderful fruit, eating this fruit will never harm anyone including a pregnant woman.  Eating few pieces of raw and cooked papaya is not a major concern. Please visit a gynecologist and get the test done to clear your doubts.

Hello, If its taken in small quantity then it should not creat problem. Now in this condition keep watch on evrything.  Don't take tension , stress. Instead of thinking too much  speak with Gynecologist. Any kind of stress, tension can also lead to complicated pregnancy , misscarrage. Less quantity should not affect, better will be to consult a gynaecologist for proper consultation and testing. As well proper nutrients is also very necessary during pregnancy. So you have to take care about the calcium/ vitamin D / Iron level etc.
