Hi 37weeks pregnant today I ate a lot bulging stomach will it affect baby I feel so full and felt baby movements but not so active I afraid that I ate a lot that's y ???

Less likely. Monitor fetal movements for 3 hrs while resting lf you still feel it isless or there is no movement then contact your obstetrician for an ultrasound
