Subserosal fibroid 11 cm detected in MRI scan. Slight lower back ache and sometimes constipation. Weight gain around waist and overall too.

11 cms is v big ..even if if is not giving you symptoms right now it will in the future so you should get a myomectomy and send the fibroid for histopathology.
