If i don't have any symptoms for of covid 19... n if i might have infected... then does that mean still virus damaging my body o have i become immune for this virus on my own...

Check your oxygen saturation 3/4 times daily. If it's <93% in room air/ if you feel breathless then it's a point of concern, then in that case you will require a medical care

If u have no symptoms,likely that u r not affected..but do regular exercises to keep a watch if any remote symptoms appear

How do you know you are infected? If you know you are infected and no symptoms it only means your body is not showing any symptoms.  In which way your body is effected and possible consequences still not clear. Research is on.
