I recommend incorporating foods with anti-inflammatory properties into your diet to help reduce asthma-related issues like mucus formation and airway blockage. Include vegetables like broccoli, spinach, kale, and bell peppers, which are rich in antioxidants and vitamins. Fruits like berries, oranges, and papayas provide essential nutrients to support lung health. Omega-3 fatty acids found in fatty fish like salmon can also help reduce inflammation. Avoiding trigger foods, like processed and high-sugar items, is crucial. Staying well-hydrated and maintaining a balanced diet with whole, unprocessed foods will contribute to better respiratory health.

Dairy products or foods that are cold in nature will not be good for asthma. Please take a video consultation through practo for discussing the details about changes in diet which can help.
