My dad is going through asthma since last 15 years. Using nebulizer and all the medicines as prescribed by the doctor., but not curing. Still he faces breathing problem. Please do let me know for the same.

Did he do pulmonary function test inrecent past? According to severity newer treatment options r available, if possible send a pic of chest xray and pulmonary function test will guide with proper treatment to get releived.
