I am having history of Astama since childhood. Since last 3 days I am unable to breathe properly and have been using Asthalin inhaler. Today I have taken asthalin syrup and the breadthlesssness has increased . My hands are shivering and heart beat has increased .pls advice at earliest .

Asthalin syrup has these side-effects, it is not a drug of Choice. ics+laba(budamate or Foracort) is the ideal treatment. asthalin inhaler should be used as rescue.
