27 yrs old.Bleeding during menses is extremely heavy with large clots. Pelvic,back & knee pain during menses is also there. White discharge also. current scan report- both ovaries are bulky & shows increased stromal ecogenecity with peripheral multiple small follicles, 2-6 mms in size. no dominnant follicle.
