After 1 week of taking unwanted 72 there is pain in lower abdomen there is no bleeding after taking unwanted 72 but her period date was 12 so is her period coming or this is side effects of medicine .. Plzz helpp. Any painkiller forr the pain. Or she is pregnant.? Plzz help
