Hi my father has got pain in his left hand biceps and elbow when he fell in the bathroom but I believe its not a fracture as I have gone to a doctor but he said its only muscle strain and given 1 week of medicine and told me to go for some physiotherapy session but now the pain has become unbearable. Please Suggest.

Hello there, Did you get an xray of your father when he fell down? Is there only pain or swelling also? Exercises during painful phase or doing physio sessions after taking of pain killers is not advised. Please upload the xray if of elbow and arm of your father.
