From 2 months pain in left leg, hip and buttock. As per MRI report Indentation of thecal sac nd bilateral nerve roots due to protrusion seen at l4 l5 level. Doctor K Salah se 2 months se bed rest pe hu , exercise aur medicine v le rha hu(1.UBICAR, 2.GABAPIN NT). BUT av v 5 mint se Jada Khara, baith, ya chal nhi pata. Bahut pain hota h.

U r having nerve compression..so ur pain will radiate along the course of the nerve.. So better u should not waste time and start physiotherapy for nerve release.. U will be fine with in 10 sessions
