Respected doctors My wife was having pain in both knees since 2 months I got the xray done of knees and consulted orthopaedic surgeon They told my wife is developing arthritis in knees. Treatment is life style change and they put her on medicines Calcium Vitd3 Tab shelcal joint Lycopene And analgesics when needed They also adviced some exercises Dear doctors what can be the best treatment as medicines are long term Thankyou
