Yes as a general preventative medicine arsenic alb 30 can be taken 4-4 pills 2 times a day for 5 days is to be taken as a general preventative measures.
But if any symptoms develop then one must consult physician as soon as possible.

Ayush Ministry, Government of India has advised to take Arsenicum Album 30 as a Prophylactic Medicine for Coronavirus. So definitely you can take this Prophylactic Medicine There is no side effects of this medicine.
As per the Ayush ministry Doses Advised are for adult 4pills for 3 consecutive days in empty stomach morning and repeat after 15 days as same before.
If you are taking in Liquid form then take 3 drops in one spoon of water for 3 consecutive days in empty stomach morning and repeat as above.
Next Steps
Repeat after 15 days because as the cases are increasing day by day.

Try to avoid strong stimulants when you are taking homoeopathic medicine.
For eg Coffee, Alcohol, Tobacco. Raw onion and Garlic.
