Armpit pain and lump

I suddenly had a painful armpit lump in my right armpit 4 days ago.Which was very painful and small.Now the pain reduced so much and only paining little bit when i touch the lump but its there and its firm to touch.Its feel medium bean shape.Is it concerning or normal?Should i wait few more days ?

get USG first if it increases in size or pain during movement of arm . if pus collection get it drainage at surgeon or physician clinic/ hospital.

Should better get chrcked by a surgeon. Its probably an infected lymph node.. not to worry.. but better to consult a surgeon once

If the pain has reduced, check for the changes in the size of the lump on a daily basis. If that is also decreasing along with pain intensity, then it will eventually go away. For now just wait and watch its course.
