Armpit lymph nodes swelli

I want to know reason why again and again i am having acne type things with puss on my armpit. I visited a doctor and took proper medication but its effect was temperory ,as soon as i stopped medication they returned.I want to ask whether there is a permanent solution for this or i have to wait till it beacomes alright on its own.
