My armpit boil pop out.. After draining the pus what precautions I take to heal the area fast...and what antibiotic cream should use on that area... Please suggest

Hi dear, do post a pic of your boil. Since when was it present n when did it get infected? Do u have pain or difficulty in moving that particular hand?
