I always get lumps in my sides and the main area.. Its too painful and filled with pus, Please suggest me whom should i consult, and what should i do.

Ultrasound should be done for diagnosis and if it is really abscess with pus then you have to start antibiotics as per recommendation of gynecologist. Depending upon size and response to antibiotics it may need excision.
