Are Probiotic Supplements Safe

I am a  Skinny (Ectomorph) Law Student trying to gain weight so I am about to try a bulking diet which is about 3000 calories but I also have digestive issues and My sleeping habits are too not quite on track... So is a probiotic Supplement safe to take - If yes then Which Brand you Prefer In what dosage I should consume And in which pattern (Ex- month after a month or a day after a day) in order to not addicting to these supplements but still maintain my good  gut bacteria . Addition - I do regularly consume sweet lassi, yogurt, raita etc high fiber kind of foods

If you are lean but healthy, that's good. Do regular exercises and have a natural high-protein diet. It's beneficial to consume yogurt, lassi, raita, and a high-fiber diet.
