Can not comment on height increase as your age is 26 and bone growth is already complete.
Weight can definitely decrease if enough physical activity is done with proper nutritious diet.
Yoga is not just a physical excercise, its much more than that.
If your are doings any kind of yoga in a right way, it will bring balance. If you are overweight then it will bring it down.
