Can i give my 21 weeks old daughter aptamil 2 . Her weight is 6.5 kg . Please suggest if it is safe?

No, Aptamil 2 is meant for babies above 6 months. At 21 weeks (~5 months), you should continue breastfeeding or stage 1 formula only.
