My scalp type is oily .. But due to weather changes I am facing dry dandruff Issues . So , Can I do oiling On my scalp in this condition ?

Oil will worsen the dandruff. Avoid using oil. U will need a medicated Shampoo to control the dandruff. Corroborate with pictures and consult a Dermatologist for the same.
