Does  drinking apple cider vinegar or any other drink  make vaginal environment sperm friendly?? Give some tips. I can track my ovulation 2-3days in advance as i get pain exactly at that ovary side which is going to ovulate. I can confirm this because i got follicular study done for. 2 consecutive months and was able to track exactly. I can feel the exact instant when i ovulate. But i have history of UTI and PID. Now ttc but not happening. How can i be safe from infections and conceive? What foods or drinks to incorporate or avoid during ovulation? Plz give tips for healthy planning.

actually if there is infection it has to be treated completely with yourself and your partner as well otherwise the completeness the treatment is not there apart from taking the normal and natural foods to maintain the pH

No.taking apple vinegar does not definitely help to conceive.always ask for the logic behind the treatment whoever gives it.ask yourself first.if any infection documented then you need treatment for that .
